“Our tenants of 8 years recently moved out and left us with a broken woven wood blind. It's an expensive, beautiful blind and we really wanted to see if it could be repaired for the next tenants. I called Bloomin' Blinds and Jeff immediately was on the line asking the right questions about the blind and asking for pictures of the blind and the mechanism to see if they could possibly make the repair. In less than 15 minutes, Jeff looked at the photos and I was scheduled for him to come out and take a look the next day. Jeff was very thorough and tried his best but unfortunately he wasn't able to repair the blind. He explained everything in a manner that I understood. Loved that he had worked up a quote to replace the blind if I was going to purchase a new one for the tenants. Jeff was wonderful to work with and if this is the type of customer service I'm going to receive for a repair call, I certainly will use them to replace the blind.
