Terry and Leslie Ethridge opened Bloomin' Blinds of Dothan in July 2021. Both Terry and Leslie longed to own a family-oriented business. Opening their own Bloomin’ Blinds location was the perfect fit!

Terry grew up in the Wiregrass area. He has a background in finance and worked in the banking industry. He’s faithfully served the Dothan community for over 20 years!

While Terry isn’t working, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Leslie has 25 years of experience in retail management. Her retail management career began as an overnight stocker at Walmart. Her hard work, dedication, and loyalty paid off as she was given opportunities to serve in various management roles.

Leslie’s son, Josh, is the company’s window treatment installer. So, if you get new blinds, windows, or shutters, he’ll likely be the guy installing them for you!
