At Bloomin’ Blinds, family is very important to us. We believe that the strong ties that bind us in families should also translate into our business structure. All of our franchise owners and employees are considered part of our extended family. As such, we strive to take care of them so that we can better serve our customers. Kelsey Stuart, Chief Executive Officer

Kelsey is a second-generation window covering professional with personal experience for more than 20 years, both in the field as well as in franchise leadership. As the CEO of Bloomin' Blinds, Kelsey is passionate about the strategic growth and scaling of each franchise business and creating a culture of raving fans. Kelsey leads the corporate franchise team as the example, rather than the exception, and takes pride in a team that interacts like family.​​

Kristopher Stuart, Chief Operating Officer

Kristopher has been with Bloomin’ Blinds since day one. He was the first ever employee and field technician. While helping the family grow the original Bloomin’ Blinds to nearly $3M in annual revenue, Kristopher pursued and became a career Firefighter/Paramedic. Serving as an Engine Co. Lieutenant, he gained valuable team leadership and people management experience. Kristopher now serves our franchisees through growth and business development coaching, and much like the entire team at Bloomin’ Blinds, takes great pride in fostering our owner’s abilities to become self-aware business operators.​​

Kevin Stuart, Chief Technical Development Officer

Kevin is our jack of all trades and generally the first point of call for technical support in both repairs and installations. His role is to help our owners develop technical skills and lead others within the corporate team who can help do the same. Much like his brothers, Kristopher and Kelsey, Kevin is not without the years of hands-on experience that has led Bloomin’ Blinds to have the solid reputation it has today. From new franchisees to long-standing owners within the system, Kevin is the go-to for all things technical.

Jeff Wharton, General Manager & VP of Operations

With more than 25-years of experience from the manufacturer, distributor and retail perspectives, and over 10 years in the window covering industry, Jeff brings a unique, well-rounded approach to our executive team. With a focus on vendor relationship management and ongoing sales training and guidance to our owners, Jeff plays a key role in our aggressive growth and establishment of Bloomin’ Blinds as the premier franchising organization in the window coverings industry.

Dianna Bailer, Chief Marketing Officer

Dianna comes from a marketing and recruitment background within the entertainment, staffing, and franchise development space, working with brands like Johnson & Johnson, Sony Music, Arby’s, Microsoft, and many more. Dianna is a hands-on CMO, able to help our owners with a multitude of tasks from overall strategy, to graphic design and digital marketing management. Dianna works one-on-one with franchisees to train, support, and help grow their businesses. 

Martha Geddie, Director of Training

Martha Geddie joined Bloomin’ Blinds as its Director of Training in July 2022. Prior to that, she was the Store Manager/Trainer for Fossil Inc. in Richardson, Texas, between September 2018 and August 2022; she was the Store Manager/Trainer for Pandora in Southlake Texas between June 2018 and September 2018; and she was the District Trainer/Area Manager for the Body Shop in Frisco, Texas, between January 2008 through June 2018.

Maddie Hartwell, Systems Specialist & New Franchise Trainer

Maddie has been in the window coverings industry since 2019, working on the dealer and manufacturing side of the business at Norman USA. Now with Bloomin’ Blinds, Maddie guides new franchisees through the onboarding processes while managing ongoing support and communication, making sure our owners stay connected with corporate initiatives put in place to help them succeed. 

Taylor Alaniz, Product Specialist & New Franchise Trainer

Taylor is a motivated and detail oriented sales professional with experience in the window coverings industry since 2019. Previously, she was an Inside Sales Representative/Account Manager at Norman USA, one of the top window covering manufacturers in the world. Taylor assists with the delivery of learning solutions that build and enhance the skills, knowledge and abilities of new Bloomin’ Blinds Franchisees. 

Alejandra Elizondo, Social Media Manager

Alejandra joined Bloomin’ Blinds in March 2023 as our dedicated Social Media Manager. She plays a pivotal role in aiding our franchisees to establish a dynamic social presence within their communities. Her customer service experience, graphic design skills, and psychology background equip her with a profound understanding of our primary audience. This allows her to communicate our products and services effectively to our customer base.

Customer Care Center

After much research indicating our franchisees were losing opportunities and revenue, in 2021, we rolled out our very own, in-house Bloomin’ Blinds call center.

Several tests have shown that over 90% of customers will not leave a voicemail when considering a purchase. A call center can provide very short wait times to ensure that your sales leads aren’t lost. It can also build customer confidence & customer loyalty along with a professional image, not to mention give our franchisees valuable time back within their days.
