Meet Our Owner, Ethan

Ethan is a family man, married to his wife Kristen for four years. They have a two-year-old daughter named Leighton, and recently welcomed another baby girl, Charlotte, in April 2023. Ethan's entrepreneurial journey began in high school when he started a landscaping business, which he ran and expanded throughout college. After graduation, Ethan ventured into pharmaceutical sales, specializing in bleeding disorders and other medical conditions with Paragon Healthcare. In addition to his sales career, Ethan has also been managing and owning real estate since 2016.

Ethan found that opening a Bloomin' Blinds franchise aligned perfectly with his family values, and they share many similarities with the company. Being one of three brothers, working alongside Kelsey, Kris, and Kevin, Ethan says it feels natural and provides great support for a new business owner. Ethan and his brothers are strong believers in supporting local small businesses, and opening a Bloomin' Blinds location in their community was a much-needed service that will allow them to build lasting relationships and become an essential part of what makes our area special. Moreover, owning a franchise will enable Ethan to step away from the travel-heavy pharmaceutical sales job and be more present for his loved ones and the community that he is a part of.

Meet Mason

Mason has with Bloomin Blinds since the 2023. His background is in telecommunications construction and Project Management. He has also been a carpenter and woodworker for most of his life. 

Mason enjoys working with Bloomin Blinds because he believes he can have a meaningful impact on a small business and truly contribute to the growth and success of the company. 

Meet Kody 

Kody has worked with Bloomin Blinds since 2023. He have been in the trades since being a teenager ranging from countertops, framing, trim carpentry and worked my way up to site foreman with commercial construction. 

Kody enjoys working for Bloomin Blinds because he see's the owner has a customer first mentality along with a great support system. They are constantly working on improving training and product knowledge which allows him to do my job with confidence.
