  • Greg Ewald
    Greg Ewald

West coast native by birth, Georgian by heart. Greg is just one of those “happy” people. Always wearing a smile and humming a tune, Greg’s love for people and community cannot be missed. It’s okay if you don’t laugh at his jokes, it’s likely that he will have enough to cover both of you! A longtime business owner, Greg has teamed up with his son to build Bloomin’ Blinds as a true family business. Working smart and not hard, Greg as secretly convinced Kyle (son) that he wants to go into business and “needs” Greg for mentorship and guidance…you see Greg has mastered the art of free labor and learned to harness the energy of youth. Using his Jedi skills, you may see Greg at your door from time to time, just know, he is super nice and super smart so it’s very likely that he leaves your house and you are suddenly in love with Bloomin’ Blinds and there won’t be anything you can do about…he’s that good…

Kyle spent his youth traveling with his family throughout the US, Mexico and Canada enjoying the youth racing circuits. Working his way thru mini sprint cars, high speed go-carts and up to quarter midget race cars, Kyle worked hard and stayed focus. The end result of his racing career was the realization of several national championships and star on the local walk of fame! Driving was fun as a kid, but as an adult, it has come to bring self-discipline, respect, work ethic, and the value of family. Kyle cherishes his family above anything else. When Kyle is not at your doorstep repairing, installing, or selling window coverings you can bet he will be with his family at BBQs, races, or a museum! We once asked Kyle what his family is like described in a word, his response, “unpredictable”.

As a child, I participated in martial arts earning a black belt at the age of 13. I participated in many tournaments and competitions wining the state championship in my categories. After moving across the country and into a new school I decided to join Marching band. The combination of both martial arts and marching band helped me grow tremendously. I learned about discipline, focus, respect, and most of all finishing what you start. Outside of repairing Blinds I enjoy spending time with my family and close friends. You can even find me at some local poker tournaments!
